CPC Systems is a California General Engineering Contractor for pumping systems of all types, chemical feed / disinfection systems, reservoir mixing and management, and other specialized applications. We also fabricate and install complete electrical control panels, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and associated instrumentation.
Equipment Start-Up, Testing, Calibration, and Service Contracts
A multi-talented staff of factory-trained field service technicians area available to perform site work throughout the western U.S., including the testing and calibration of rotating equipment, pumps, process equipment, instrumentation, and electrical controls. Service contracts are also available.
Design-Build and Value Engineering
Strong partnerships with local consulting engineers and specialty equipment vendors enables tailored and trusted solutions for even the most challenging applications. Extensive staff experience, including proficiency with CADD and project management software, ensures that our solutions are cost-efficient.
Training and Education Services
Whether job-specific or for general understanding, we have the expertise and experience to conduct trainings for plant personnel regarding the proper use and care of equipment. Depending upon the particular type of training requited, sessions can conducted on-site, at our facility, or online.
In-House Equipment Repairs
As a fully trained, Factory-Authorized Service Center for several leading equipment manufacturers, we maintain a fully equipped service center and warehouse. This not only allows for efficient shipping, staging, evaluation and repair, but means that commonly used parts are stocked to facilitate expedient service turnaround times.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Retrofit and Replacement
CPC Systems can provide complete electric motor / VFD control systems for any customized application. VFDs are generally applied to electric motors in order to reduce energy costs and improve process control. Close affiliations with leading VFD suppliers guarantee state-of-the-art VFD controls technology.
Prefabricated Skid-Mounted Equipment Packages
CPC Systems integrates prefabricated skid-mounted equipment packages consisting of pumps, piping or tubing, and in-line piping accessories to ensure optimization of space for the desired application. These packages provide customers with one-stop solutions that are easily installed and serviceable.
